• Shipping is free for most orders over $75.
• Orders under $75 are charged a $8.79 shipping and handling fee.
• Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST normally ship the same day (Monday-Friday).
• Most customers will receive their UPS ground shipments within 5-7days.
• Free shipping on orders over $75 apply only to customers within the continental United States. A flat fee for ground shipping of $39.99 is charged for Canadian orders regardless of the size of the order.

Shipping Policy:

• Delivery lead times may vary based on carrier shipping practices, delivery location and items you order.
• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO Boxes and an alternate ship to address will have to be provided by the customer. If a PO Box is provided by a customer an additional fee may be assessed. 
• Orders originally shipped and refused will be assessed an additional shipping charge for the reshipment of the order
• At this time, we are unable to offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska,and  APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and International addresses. We also cannot accept orders shipping to freight forwarding companies.
• For Canadian Orders, The customer is responsible for all shipping, customs fees, brokerage fees and all other delivery fees associated with delivery of the package. Please note, the fee that you are charged are exclusive of brokerage fees.
• Delivery dates are based on in-stock availability of an item in a warehouse near your location. Out of stock items will ship from the next closest warehouse and will possibly effect delivery time.
• While we make every attempt to ship your order out same day, please note that shipping lead time can vary from 24-48 hours. Please note, that is not included in estimate of delviery time. If you choose 2nd or next day shipping the delivery time is inclusive of lead times.
• Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except major holidays.
• Large orders that exceed our warehouse stock may require additional lead time in delivery
• Roasted Cup is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, undeliverable packages, unrecoverable packages, 3rd delivery attempts, or other customer created errors.
