RoastedCup.com is committed to your complete satisfaction. To ensure fast and efficient returns please read the return policy.
If your items are damaged, defective or missing, request for a return or refund must be made within 5 business days of the original date of receipt.
All other returns, please notify our Returns Department within 15 days of original date of invoice to return unopened products. In the event of a mistake, we will do our best to ensure returns are handled quickly and fairly.
*We apologize, we cannot accept returns on the following items due to limited shelf life, safety concerns, and potential for fraudulent claims: food, beverages, or condiments. These products will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.
No returns of any kind can be accepted without a return authorization number. Please follow the steps as outlined below.
1. Request a Return Authorization Number
To return an item, e-mail us at returns@RoastedCup.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please provide the following information in your e-mail:
- Order Number
- Item(s) and quantity you wish to return.
- Reason for the return.
Within 24 hours of receiving your request, we will e-mail you return instructions, including a Return Authorization Number and shipping address.
2. Packaging and Sending Returns
- Send the product to the return address using your preferred shipping method. We highly recommend that you ship the item back using UPS or FedEx. The ability to track your package in transit is vital for you to ensure that it does not become lost and that it reaches its destination. Unfortunately, if the item never reaches the warehouse, we cannot issue you a credit.
- Item must be unopened and returned in its original boxing and packaging and include all original contents (manuals, accessories, etc.).
- Affix a label to the outside of the shipping package with the return authorization number and return shipping address. DO NOT write on the product's box or packaging as this will make your item non-returnable.
- If a product is being returned as new, but has clearly been used or damaged prior to its return, we reserve the right to refuse refund completely.
3. Processing Refunds/Exchanges
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect and process the return.
- The refunded amount will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
- Refunds are normally processed within 7-10 business days. Allow one week to receive replacement merchandise.
- If you ordered the item incorrectly, or change your mind about an item, we will refund the purchase price of the unopened, restockable item, less shipping costs.
- Please be aware that when returning a product shipped via Free Shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to RoastedCup.com.
- Shipping fees and special handling fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to RoastedCup.com.
Returns Without Prior Authorization
In order to keep prices low for all customers, a return authorization is required to return merchandise. If a return is received without prior return authorization the shipment may be refused and/or returned to you at your cost. Thank you for helping us to keep prices low for all of our customers.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick the order for shipment. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund for refused shipments of undamaged products return to shipper.
